Strawberry Field Mice with Tammy

Hi friends! Today, I’m sharing a sweet card featuring two of my favorite stamp sets, Strawberry Jam and Field Mice. I just love how the two mice besties are sitting beneath heart shaped strawberry vines sharing some freshly picked strawberries! To begin, I cut a piece of Bristol cardstock a little larger than A2 size, and ink blended it with Spun Sugar, Shabby Shutters, and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks. I masked off the pink portion of my background and added some Mowed Lawn splatters to my grassy area to add a bit of interest. Next, using the Ocean...

I splattered a bit of clean water, and then thinned out Mowed Lawn ink with a paintbrush on the background to create some interest. Next, using the Gallery Frame #3 Die, I cut the frame three times from white...

Jungle Littles with Tammy

Happy Monday, friends! Today, I have a fun Jungle themed Valentine, using one of my favorite Hello Bluebird sets, Jungle Littles! I wanted to make this card a bit larger to fit all those gorgeous leaves and darling critters, so I decided on an A6 card (measuring 4 1/2 X 6 1/4″). I began by cutting a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock to 4 !/4 X 6″, and ink blended the background using Distress Oxides in Milled Lavender, Seedless Preserves, and a little Black Soot to darken the edges. Then, using a paintbrush, I splattered some water and then...
