Portrait Pals Birthday with Anja

Hello everyone, Anja here with you today. I needed a card for a birthday boy so I pulled out the adorable Portrait Pals stamp set and went with a masculine color palette. First, I cut and scored a standard A2 card base from white cardstock. I trimmed down the green grid patterned paper to be slightly smaller and adhered it to the card base. Next, I stamped the critters and leaves in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copics. I used the coordinating dies to cut everything out. To create seperate little scenes, I die cut two...

Valentine Tags with Anja

Hi everyone, Anja here sharing a sweet duet of Valentine tags featuring the Stitched Tag Builder Die and the Word Buddies Woodland stamps. I started off by die cutting two tags from patterned paper and colored cardstock. I cut out a circle window for the left tag and backed it with a full tag in aqua cardstock. I stamped a Typed Everyday sentiment in black inside the circle. For the tag on the right, I decided to add the Love You Words as an eye-catching sentiment. Next, I stamped the bear, bunny and accessories in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink...

Quiet Christmas with Anja

Hi everyone, Anja here sharing one last Christmas card for this year. The Quiet Christmas stamp set is one of the first holiday sets that has been released. And I still love it so much! For the background, I used the Distress Mica Stain Spray in the gorgeous color ‘Merry Mint’. It’s so easy to use and adds a subtle shimmer to your project. I...

Make it Merry with Anja

Hi everyone, Anja here with you today sharing another holiday card made with a mix of new and older products. I love when images from different stamp sets can be easily combined. On my card, I used the bear and fox from the Merry Makers set and one of the Penguins on Ice. I started off with a white A2 landscape card base which I covered with two pieces of patterned paper. I then stamped the critters in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copics. I used the coordinating dies to cut out the images and adhered...

Warm Hugs with Anja

Hello everyone, Anja here today with a lovely winter themed card made with the Snowman Hugs stamps and the Warm Hugs Words Die. I started off with a white card base (slightly taller than A2) and trimmed down a piece of bokeh patterned paper. You probably could achieve a similar look with ink blending, a stencil that has multiple sizes of circles and white pigment ink. The image was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and I colored these cuties with Copic markers. I used the coordinating die to cut out the image which I adhered with foam squares....
