Hey friends, it’s Christy here with a vibrant design inspired by some patterned paper. I loved this print so much that I wanted to build an entire card around it. It reminded me of a fairy garden with its colorful mix of florals, strawberries, and ladybugs, so I pulled in images from Fairy Dance, Fairy Garden, and Strawberry Patch. I colored them all to match with my Copic markers and trimmed them out with their coordinating dies.

I knew that I wanted to create an arch with the strawberry and bluebell images, so I decided that an oval was the best shape for my focal panel. I trimmed down a piece of Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock with the fifth largest of the Nesting Ovals and did a simple watercolor background on it using Salvaged Patina and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped a sentiment down at the bottom in black ink.

I trimmed the patterned paper to fit my A2 standard size card and added a second layer over top running vertically, then popped the focal panel up with foam tape. I adhered the images with liquid glue and gave it some sparkle with a few touches of Stardust Stickles. I also added the seeds back into the strawberries using a white gel pen. I really hope that you enjoy it! Wishing you all a magical day!

Crafty hugs,
Christy
