Hi Bluebird Friends, Sara here!

Today it’s my turn over the Hello Bluebird Blog and I have a love card to show you, featuring the Peek-a-Boo stamp set and some other previous released dies.

I just had the idea to create a big love sign, with those animals peeking out from it. I firstly stamped the three I wanted to use on some Neenah Solar White cardstock, using Memento black ink, and coloring with the Copics listed below and then die cutting them with coordinating dies.

  • Bunny: E23 – E55 – E31 – E30 – E50
  • Raccoon: W9 – W8 – W7 – W5 – W4 – W2 – W1
  • Fox: E08 – E17 – YR27 – E97 – YR12 – E30

I then created the sign, using a wooden textured white cardstock inked with some Distress Ink Vintage Photo and Tea Die. I die cut the big love letters from Charlie Large Outline Alpha die firstly using white cardstock and then with a popping pink sparkling one.

I then die cut a lot of foliage using pink shades (a light and a bright pink cardstock, then a sparkly pink too): I used foliage from HB Tropical Foliage die and the one included in the Gallery Frame #2 and I tried to arrange them on an A2 white panel. I also die cut some hearts (that comes from the Gallery Frame #1 die) from poppink pink sparkly cardstock and glued them down.

To complete the card, I white heat embossed the sending word (which comes from the Dear Santa stamp) on some black cardstock and then I stamped the little black hearts here and there (they come from the Big Hugs Woodland).

And here’s the finished result!

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like the  inspiration!

Hugs from Italy,
