Hi everyone! Sindhu here with you today with a fun square card that uses several Hello Bluebird products. Please read on for all the details.
Rainbow Square Die
I love the small size of the images in these stamp sets and I used several images of them on the card. I stamped all the images on a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock and coloured them using Copic markers.
Copic colours used-
Monkeys- E44, E43, E42, E41, E40, R20. E87, E84, E81, R20.
Sloth- E35, E33, E31, E30, R20.
Cheetah- E35, Y26, Y23, Y21.
Lion- mane- E35, E33, E31. Body- Y26, Y23, Y21.
Gorilla- W7, W5, W3, W1
I die cut the bold ‘Wild About You’ sentiment twice- once from light cream coloured cardstock and then again from kraft cardstock. I used Copic markers to achieve a gradient look on the cream coloured die cut(E43, E42, E41). I also added tiny dots to match the patterned paper I intended to use in the background. Then, glued it on the kraft die cut slightly off. This way, the kraft die cut peeks through adding more depth.
I die cut the frame and backed it with a pretty blue coloured patterned paper. I started gluing images starting with the vines on top then the bold sentiment followed by all the critters. Finally, glued the finished panel on 5.5″ square card base.
I hope you like the card today. Wishing you a great rest of the week.
