Hi friends! It’s Stefanie here today and I am back sharing another clean and simple Halloween card.   Read on for all the details.

Clean and simple cards are my favorite and I thought this little pumpkin stack would be the perfect focal point for one! I created it using the Spooky Text stamp set paired with a sentiment from Candy Crew from the latest release.

I started with stamping the images using black ink and coloring them using a mix of Copics(C) and Ohuhus.

Pumpkins: Y120, YR240, Y4, YR3, BR3

Black (pumpkin face): CGII04, CGII07

Black kitty: W5(C), W3(C), W1(C)

Red squirrel: BR2, BR3, E11(C), E30(C)

Brown bunny: E43-40(C)

The images were then cut out using the coordinating Spooky Text Die. I stacked the pumpkins together from smallest to largest and glued them together, then tucked the 3 adorable critters behind. I love that the dies cut around their little paws so they can hold on to the pumpkins or other objects if you prefer.

Next I used the second largest Nesting Deckle A2 Die to cut out a background panel using white cardstock. I created the “ground” using a straight-edge and lightly ink blending Concord and 9th ink in Wheat. I also used water to lift some spots from the ink blend and added some “splatter” back in using a white gel pen. The sentiment is from Candy Crew and I stamped it below the ink blend using black ink.

Finally the pumpkin stack was propped up on the background using foam tape and the background itself was propped up as well on an A2 card base. For final touches I added some white highlights to the images using a gel pen.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like how my card turned out!
