Hello everyone, this is Nicky with you today sharing a sweet Halloween card using some of Hello Bluebird’s adorable products.   Please read on for all the details.

Here are the products I used:-

Frightful Little Bits

Frightful Little Bits Die

Full Moon Scene Die

Jane Small Alpha Die

Boo Crew

I prepped a 5 1/2 inch square panel of pale pink cardstock.  I ink blended using Kitsch Flamingo then Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks which created a pretty glow.  Over this I layered a black cardstock die cut made using the Full Moon Scene Die and I glued it in place.

I stamped the images I was needing from Frightful Little Bits and I coloured them with Copic markers:-

Pumpkins – YR07, Y38, YR31, YG17, YG06

Ghosts – C3, C1, C0, RV000,

Blushes – Rv52, RV63

Candy Corn – YR07, Y38, YR31, Y21, C3, C1, C0

Bat – T6, T4, T3, T2

Points were highlighted with a white gel pen then I die cut using the coordinating dies.

The EEK! sentiment was created using Jane Small Alpha.  I die cut once from white then once again from black cardstock and offset them to created a highlighted left edge. I glued the word to the background and underneath I placed a sentiment strip with the ‘scare up some fun’ sentiment which I took from Hello Bluebird’s ‘Boo Crew’ stamp set.  This was applied with dimensional tape.

All of the images were applied with dimensional foam tape, taking the eye around the scene with their placement.

The finishing touch was to use a metallic gelly roll pen and dot in some twinkling dots for stars into the background which creates a little bit of magic when the card is handled and it catches the light.

I really appreciate you stopping by today and hope I’ve inspired you a little.  Have a great day.

Nicky
