Hello this is Nicky with you today sharing a new card working with Vegetable Garden from the wonderful July release.   Here I’ve used it on it’s own however it is perfectly partnered with the new Vegetable Market stamp set for endless scenes and combinations.

Here’s what I’ve used:-

Vegetable Garden

Vegetable Garden Die

Gallery Frame #5 Die

Pond Builder Die

I ink blended a slimline panel of white cardstock using Distress Oxide Inks in Tumbled Glass, Mowed Lawn and Tea Dye.  I spattered it with water and water with white acrylic paint and adhered to a card base.  I die cut another slimline panel with the Gallery Frame #5 Die.  I only needed the outer part which I backed with foam tape and carefully layered it on to the blended background.

I die cut some overhanging tree segments using the Pond Builder Die, I ink blended those with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks and dotted in some interest with Copic markers.   I glued these in place, tucking them up underneath the frame.

I stamped the images from Vegetable Garden with Memento Ink in Rich Cocoa and coloured with the following Copic markers:-

Bunny – E50, W4, W3, W1

Bear – T6, T5, T4, T3, E31

Fox – E35, E33, E53, C3, C1, C0

Kitten – C3, C1, C0, C00

Blushes – R22, R20, R00

Butterflies – B04, B41, W4

Carrots – YR07, YR04, G24, G40

Snail – E53, E44, E42

Tomatoes in Pot – R39, R29, R17, R05, YG06, G40, E34, E53, E42

Wheelbarrow – G28, YG67, YG17, E44, E43, T6, T5, T4

Cabbages in Wheelbarrow – YG45, G40, T20

Worm – R01

Garden Trowel and Fork – G28, YG67, YG17, T2, T1

Phew!  I think that’s everything!  I highlighted with a white gel pen then die cut using the coordinating dies, arranged all the elements and attached with foam tape.

I dotted in some interest in the soil and stamped and applied the sentiment.
