Hello friends! I’m excited to be back on the blog, sharing a fun Christmas in July card, featuring the adorable kitties from Nine Lives.

To begin, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets:
Nine Lives Stamp/ Nine Lives Die
Snow Play Stamp/ Snow Play Die (Santa hat/mouse)
Next, I cut an A6 size (4 1/2 X 6 1/4″) panel of Bristol smooth cardstock and blended the edges with Iced Spruce Distress Oxide ink. I then splattered the background with water, then thinned white acrylic paint to give it a snowy effect.

I then arranged the kitties into a tree shape and attached with foam tape. I die cut the sentiment ‘Meowy’ from red cardstock (twice) using the Charlie Alpha Die. I stacked the die cut letters together for dimension and glued it right under the kitty tree. The ‘Christmas’ sentiment, from the Bold Holidays Stamp, was stamped in red ink onto a white sentiment strip and attached with foam tape.

Next, I added some snowflakes, die cut from white cardstock, using the Frosty Flakes Die. Lastly, I attached the card panel to red cardstock, then onto a white cardstock card base to complete my card!
Thanks so much for stopping by! See you next time!
Hugs,
Tammy
