Hey friends, it’s Christy here with a super sweet card featuring our brand new Strawberry Patch stamp set. I just adore these sweet little mice, and I have been obsessed with all things strawberry lately! I knew this was one of the first sets from our recent release that I had to use. I colored the strawberry vine, cute little mouse, blossom, and a few extra strawberries with Copic markers and trimmed them out with their matching dies.
For the background, I watercolored a simple wash onto Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock with Shaded Lilac, Tumbled Glass, and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Inks. Then I die cut our Gallery Frame #2 die from two different patterned papers and popped that over top with some foam tape to give it a bit of dimension. I stamped part of the sentiment in the lower window with black ink, and then die cut the word YOU from five layers of white cardstock and one layer of purple cardstock using our new Just for You Words die. I glued the white layers together to build up dimension and then added the purple layer on top for a nice pop of color. And to finish things off with a bit of bling, I added some clear sequins and Stardust Stickles.
