Hello friends! I hope everyone is loving the new release as much as I am! One of my favorite things from the new release is the adorable strawberry items…from the darling Strawberry Basket Die to the adorable Strawberry Patch stamp set, I had so much fun creating today’s project!

To begin, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets:

Strawberry Patch Stamp/ Strawberry Patch Die

Sweet Strawberries Stamp/ Sweet Strawberries Die

Bear Family Stamp/ Bear Family Die (bees)

Next, I die cut the berry basket from Bristol smooth cardstock using the Strawberry Basket Die. I then ink blended the berries using Saltwater Taffy, Worn Lipstick, and Festive Berries Distress Oxide inks. The leaves and stems were ink blended using Shabby Shutters and Mowed Lawn Distressed Oxide inks. I splattered some watered down Mowed Lawn ink onto the leaves and stems to add some interest. I assembled the berries and backed each one with some black cardstock, then arranged them behind the basket.

Next, I cut an A2 panel from Bristol smooth cardstock and ink blended the background with Tumbled Glass Oxide ink and Shabby Shutters and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks. I then die cut a white scalloped frame twice using the Gallery Frame #2 Die, glued them on top of each other, and attached them to the inked background. I attached the berry basket to my card using foam tape for dimension, then arranged the sweet little mice and bees onto my card.

I die cut the ‘Sweet’ sentiment from light pink cardstock (three times) using the new Sweet Friend Words Die, then lightly blended the bottom with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink. I stacked the die cuts and attached them, being sure to center it, then stamped the rest of the sentiment in black ink using the Spring Script Stamp. Lastly, I mounted my card onto yellow gingham paper, then attached it onto a white card base to complete!

Thanks so much for stopping by! See you next time!
