Is there anything more uplifting and cheerful than a rainbow? I don’t think so! Which is why I seem to always gravitate towards creating colorful rainbow cards when I need a boost. Today’s card is exactly that.

I started this mini slimline card by stenciling the cloud background. I added the rainbow and die clouds with foam adhesive. Next I stamped the sentiments and adhered the die cut friend word. I Copic colored a couple of the sweet critters from the Carried Away stamp set. I used the following colors: W0, W1, W3, R00 for the bunny; E41, E42, E43, R00, R20 for the bear; R32, R35 Y11, Y13, Y15 for the balloons.

Once I had the critters in place, I felt like the scene still needed a little something more so I added a few tiny die cut hearts. That was it! A relatively simple but very impactful and uplifting scene card. It’s perfect to send to a friend to brighten their day.
