Big Hugs with Chris

Happy Saturday together – first of all I wish you  a wonderful and healthy 2023. I started  “my creative year” with this bunch of cuties on a birthday card.  Aren’t they adorable? I used: Big Hugs Woodland The Banner – Party on the farm Nesting Deckling Mini Slimline Die This card is very simple – I stamped these guys on watercolor based paper and colored them with Distress reinkers (always love to set some highlights with a white pen and color pencils). On this card I decided to create a “high tower” with critters – I’ve inked up only...

Valentine’s Snowman Card with Leanne

Hello everyone and happy 2023! I have begun making my Valentine’s Day cards but I wasn’t ready to put away the snowmen stamps quite yet. So for today’s card I’ve incorporated a snowman image from the Snowman Hugs stamp set. I think adding snowmen to Valentine cards is a great way to stretch those images beyond Christmas and besides, a lovable cute snowman is a perfect fit for a Valentine theme. Valentine Tags with Tammy

Hello friends! Tammy here with a sweet set of Valentine tags, featuring the adorable critters from Carried Away. To begin, I stamped the images from Carried Away, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the Carried Away Dies. Next, I die cut the tags from Bristol smooth cardstock using the Nesting Mini Slimline Dies. I cut the corners to make the tag shape and punched a hole, then ink blended the tags in a light pink (Kitsch Flamingo and Spun Sugar), and a bright pink (Picked Raspberry and Kitsch Flamingo). I splattered the tags with Picked Raspberry ink...

Pantone Colour of the Year 2023 with Gemma

Today I’m continuing my tradition of sharing a card that’s inspired by the Pantone Colour of the Year. This year it’s Viva Magenta. Described by Pantone as ‘brave and fearless…an animated red that revels in pure joy, encouraging experimentation and self expression without restraint.’ I was also inspired by a card I made last year, using the Balloon Buddies stamp set. I loved this design so I decided to use this layout again. As I don’t have the exact shade for the Pantone colour of the year, I chose a selection of pink and red inks to stamp the flowers...

Forest Fawns With Marie

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Marie! I hope you are having a wonderful start to the new year. I’m super happy to be back sharing my new love themed card for the upcoming Valentine’s season! Today’s card features the most adorable little fawns from the Forest Fawns Stamp set. I can’t get enough of these cuties and their sweet little faces! To compliment the images, I paired them with elements from the Vertical Banner Die  for a backdrop of springtime foliage. To create this card, I first started by die cutting two A2 sized panels from 110 lb heavy weight...
