Hello everyone, Anja here with you and today I’m sharing a Clean and Simple Birthday card made with the Party Balloons Die set.
First, I created a white A2 card base and trimmed down another cardstock panel which I added texture to with a dotted rays embossing folder. I diluted some sparkly silver paint with water and splattered it over the embossed panel using a small brush.
Next, I pulled out some Alcohol Ink background leftovers and die cut three sizes of balloons. The strings were cut from light grey cardstock. I adhered the balloons to the center of the card letting them overlap each other.
For the sentiment, I die cut the word ‘birthday’ (Happy Birthday Words Die) once from silver glitter cardstock and a second time from white cardstock. I layered them together to make this delicate die-cut more sturdy and adhered it above the balloons. I also stamped the word ‘happy’ (Typed Everyday) in VersaMark Ink onto a small black cardstock strip and heat embossed it in white. I popped it up with foam tape.
To finish off the card, I added three stars that I die cut from black cardstock using the Starry Sky Die.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!
Anja
