Hello friends! Today I’m sharing a sweet mini slimline card with you, featuring Big Hugs Woodland, the sweetest set from the newest release!

To begin, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets:

Big Hugs Woodland/ Coordinating Dies

Forest Fawns/ Coordinating Dies

Next, I cut Bristol smooth cardstock using the Nesting Deckle Mini Slimline Dies, and ink blended it with Peacock Feathers and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks. I then splattered some Peacock Feathers, thinned with water, onto the background to create some interest. Once dry, I matted the inked background onto a white mat, then onto a teal mat cut using the Nesting Mini Slimline Die.

I die cut the word “HUGS” using the Paper Hugs Die from both white and black cardstock, then layering them just slightly offset and attaching to my card. I stamped the sentiment in black ink above and below the bold “HUGS” to create a fun, custom sentiment! Lastly, I attached the colored images to my card using foam tape for dimension, then adhered the card front to a 3 1/2 X 6 1/2″ white cardstock base to complete my card.
