Hello friends! I’m back on the blog with a fun and happy friendship card, featuring both new and older Hello Bluebird products. One of the (many) things I love most about HB products, is how seamlessly they mix and match, so I really had fun digging through my stash to find the perfect images to create this fun scene!
To begin, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets:
Carried Away/ Coordinating Dies
Next, I cut a panel of Bristol cardstock to 3 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and ink blended it with Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks, fading to white. Then, using the Partly Cloudy Slimline Die, I first cut it from white cardstock and attached it to my inked background, removing some of the clouds and the rainbow. Next, I die cut the rainbow from various rainbow colored cardstock, then adhered the die cut rainbow onto my card.
Next, I stamped the sentiment from Carried Away in black ink onto one of the clouds and attached the colored images to my card using foam tape for dimension.
Lastly, I attached my card panel to a 3 1/2 X 8 1/2″ white card base to complete my card!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Do you love mix and matching sets, or do you usually just work with one set at a time?
