Welcome to the Hello Bluebird blog, this is Nicky with you today with a sweet Spring themed card idea for you that was made using the Meadow Bunnies and Picked For You stamp sets together with the Gallery Frame #7 Die.

To create my card I first used the Gallery Frame #7 die and die cut the frame/windows.   I took the outer frame, backed it with foam tape and adhered it to my card base.   Next I took the inner divided frame and added glue to the reverse and inserted it inside the outer frame and stuck it down.

The remaining 4 ‘window inserts’ were retrieved to stamp and colour.

I stamped the tree image from Picked For You using a light grey ink so that it had a delicate appearance.  I stamped each of the four squares in different ways since the tree image is much larger than each square.   I coloured the backgrounds using the following Copic colours:-

Tree Trunks –  W3, W1, W0

Grass – YG11, YG41

Sky – G0000

These windows were then glued in place on the card base.

I stamped the images from Meadow Bunnies that I was using and after colouring them I die cut using the coordinating dies.   Here are the colours I used:-

Bunnies –  E42, E41, E0000, W2

Cheeks – R000, R00, R20

Flowers and Carrots  –  YR07, YR04, Y38

Bird and Butterflies – BG15, BG32, BG11

The bunnies were adhered to the scene using foam tape and the other smaller elements were glued directly.   A few points were highlighted with a white gel pen and the simple sentiment was stamped and with that, the card was complete.

I appreciate you stopping by today and I hope you can squeeze in some crafting time this week!
