Hello! I’m excited to be on the blog today sharing this fun all die-cut Halloween card, featuring the Ghostly Night Dies, Jack Dies, and the Knightly LC Large Alpha Dies from the brand new September release!

To begin, I cut a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock to 3 1/2 X 8 1/2″ and ink blended the background with Distress Oxide inks in Seedless Preserves, Dried Marigold, and some Black Soot around the edges. I then splattered some water and thinned white acrylic paint onto the background to add some interest. Next, using the Ocean Waves Scene Horizontal Die, I die cut a black frame and some green cardstock and attached it to my inked background. I die cut the black trees using the Spooky Scene Die, tucking them under the grassy border, trimming off the excess, and then added the moon, which is a white die cut circle lightly washed with thinned gray ink.

Next, I die cut the images from the Ghostly Night Die from various colors of cardstock, inking the edges to give a bit of depth. I then die cut some pumpkins using the Jack Die from orange cardstock and put a piece of black cardstock behind each of the smiling jack-o-lantern faces. Using the Knightly LC Large Alpha Dies, I die cut the letters from black cardstock. I arranged all the die cut images onto my card, spelling out “Halloween”, and attached with foam tape for dimension. I just love those adorable ghosts hugging the letters! Lastly, I added a few bats from the Spooky Scene Die to complete my not-so-spooky Halloween scene!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you love the new release as much as I do and are inspired to try an all die-cut card! Have a wonderful day!
