[VIDEO] Birthday on the farm with Marine

Hey crafty friends! I’m so happy to be back on Hello Bluebird blog with a new little scene and this time I’m taking you to a farm to celebrate a birthday. As always I used images from different sets to create my little scene, I stamped my images using alcohol marker friendly black ink, cut them all using the coordinating dies and then colored everyhting using my alcohol markers. Pig Out with Nicky!

Hello friends!  Let’s Pig Out shall we?  I have a fun new card for you today featuring the Pig Out stamp set and I have also used the Farmland Scenic Background Stamp although I modified it for my scene.     To create this card, I placed the Farmland stamp in my Misti and masked off the top part of the scene.  I inked up and removed the mask before closing the door and stamping the image.  I then coloured this image using Copic markers. Word Buddies Woodland Celebration with Gemma

Today I’m sharing a way to use slimline dies on regular sized cards, with a little help from the Word Buddies Woodland stamp set. My top folding landscape notecard is A6 is size. This is the UK equivalent to an A2 notecard, and is 148mm x 105mm (4-1/8 x 5-7/8). I began by working on the background. I die cut the Summer Woods Scene slimline die from white card. I won’t need the slimline frame on this card so this can be kept for a different project. I added colour to the pieces with distress oxide inks, then details...

Happy Birthday to You with Tammy

Hello friends! Tammy here and today I’m sharing a birthday card using the adorable Word Buddies Woodland Stamps and a fun, custom big sentiment I created from a few dies. To begin, I cut an A2 rectangle from Bristol smooth cardstock and ink blended it with Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide inks. I added some white acrylic paint splatters, along with some thinned Picked Raspberry ink, to add some interest to my background. Next, I stamped the images from Word Buddies Woodland, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the coordinating dies. The banner...

You Make Me Happy with Anja

Hi everyone, Anja here today sharing a colorful card made with the Word Buddies Jungle cuties and a custom sentiment using three different dies. First, I created an A2 card base from white heavyweight cardstock. I trimmed the dotty patterned paper to be smaller and matted it with a navy blue cardstock panel. Next, I stamped the jungle animals, balloon and heart in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copics. I cut them out with their coordinating dies. The large ‘YOU’ is part of the Make Me Smile Words Die and I cut it from patterned paper...
