Happy Fall with Anja

Hi everyone, Anja here and today I’m sharing a fall themed card using the adorable Fall Friends set and the Blowing Leaves Background. I wanted to use the freshly released Distress Oxide Inks Speckled Egg and Crackling Campfire which I think work perfectly for fall. I combined them with Gathered Twigs to create my ink blended background. To finish it off, I added tiny ink splatters with a paint brush. Enjoy the Little Things with Gemma

I’m enjoying creating more autumnal cards now and I love the rich warm colours of the season. My card today features the happy squirrels from the Oh Nuts! stamp set, along with the Oak Tree Scene die. I began with the background. I die cut the Oak Tree Scene die from white card. I then ran the die through the machine a couple more times, cutting a piece of green cardstock for the grass and brown woodgrain card for the tree.
