New Year’s Eve Treat Box with Anja

Hi everyone, Anja here today on the last day of the year (even of the decade) and I’m sharing a treat box with you.   In Germany, we like to hand out little lucky charm gifts on New Year’s Eve. Sweet treats like a marzipan pig are very common and I created a customized box for it. Of course, I had to use one of the Merry Pigs to decorate it. I colored this cutie with Copics and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I  put a little heart (from the Family Photo set) between the piggie’s claws. I did...

Cocoa Party by Suzy Plantamura

Today I have a post using the new holiday set called Cocoa Party. I am always a big advocate of getting as much use out of our stamp sets as possible. Snow Play with Tammy Stark

Good Morning, crafty friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Even though it doesn’t snow where I live, I couldn’t resist making a sweet Winter themed card using Snow Play. I inked the background with a combination of Peacock Feathers and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxides. I lightly inked the bottom edges of the snow drifts with Tumbled Glass, and attached it to an A2 card base, using foam tape to pop up the...

Garden Friends Christmas Card with Grace

Hello! I’m so happy to be back at the blog sharing with you this sweet Christmas card which features Garden Friends Stamp. I love these sweet birds in the set because they are cheery and just by adding hats, they are turned into Christmas birds. To begin, I stamped the images from Garden Friends and the one hat image (3 times) from Yeti or Not Stamp set on watercolor paper. Then they were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and a waterbrush for a watercolor look. I also wanted a soft background for these cute images so I...

Skating Party with Chris

Hi everyone, it´s Chris, back with a winter card featuring the cute skating critters from  Skating Party which have a lot of fun in the forest. For this card I used the “mirror stamping technique”. For this technique there are a lot of tutorials on the Internet and since I wouldn’t be able to explain it as well as  Jennifer McGuire did a few years ago, I’ve linked you to her video here. To create this card I used: Skating Party Woodland overlay Die  the trees from Snowball Fight  and the sentiment from First Snow In my case I...
