Hello! I’m so happy to be back here at the Blog today, and I have a sweet card featuring Away in a Manger Stamp set.

This set is so special to me, I just love all the beautiful images and sentiments in it…it warms my heart!

For this card I used different elements of the set along with the Old Oak Background Stamp to decorate it. I used the Shadow Box Card die by Lawn Fawn to create the card and added the images I had colored with alcohol markers.

 

I also included a flap in the shadow Box Card by cutting an extra piece of the main die, this creates more space and a surprise element…when opened you see a whole scene and a beautiful Bible Verse inside.

I added some glitter to the angel, star and baby Jesus’ halo to finish it off. This card when flattened fits inside a standar A2 size envelope.
