Hello everyone! I hope you all have had a chance to shop the new release. There’s so many fun wintertime and holiday stamps plus some fabulous supporting stand alone dies. I have a card to share today that combines both. My card features the absolutely adorable images from Snowball Fight with the Snowy Sky Scene die.

I started by die cutting the Snowy Sky Scene which is exactly A2 size. I used white card stock so I could do some ink blending on the sky and snow hills. I then adhered the inked scene pieces onto a white card base.

I stamped out my images for Copic coloring. I stamped the the critters with black ink. I decided to stamp the snow fort blocks and snowballs in a light blue ink. I used B0000 & B000 to add shading to the blocks and snowballs. Those two Copic colors are my go to for snow.

To create the wall resembling a snow fort, I stamped the row of blocks repeatedly and then fussy cut out the whole wall shape. I arranged the critters as if the dogs have challenged the cats to a snowball fight. Adding some flying snow balls really make the scene fun!

For the sentiments, I die cut the “let it snow” twice. Once from silver glitter card stock and once from lavender. I adhered the two together slightly offset and added to the sky area of the scene. I die cut a small speech bubble and stamped flurries of fun as an additional sentiment. To complete the card, I added touches of glitter to the snowballs.
