Back 2 School Card with Leanne

Hello crafty friends! It’s that time of year again for kids to go back to school.  My kiddos start next week.  I thought it would be fun to make a card to mark the occasion and give to my son’s fifth grade teacher.  I pulled out one of my favorite fall stamps sets from last year to create fun little scene. Beside the Seaside with Gemma

Hello, Gemma here today to share a card using the lovely Seaside Girls stamp set from Hello Bluebird. I created a sunset scene with distress oxide inks in tattered rose, picked raspberry and dried marigold. The sea is a blend of tumbled glass and peacock feathers, and the sand is tattered rose. For the birds in the sky, I stamped them after blending the sky so used a small paintbrush and a little water to remove the distress ink.
