Hello crafty friends! Leanne here with you today. If you haven’t already heard the good news, the Country Gingham background stamp is finally back in stock. Yay! This BG stamp is one of my all time favorites. I’ve used it on today’s card to help frame in a little scene featuring some of the adorable Field Mice.
Hello Bluebird stamps and dies used for this card:
- Field Mice stamp set
- Field Mice coordinating dies
- Strawberry Jam stamp set
- Storybook Friends stamp set
- Country Gingham background stamp
- Gallery Frame #1 dies
- Grassy Knoll dies
I started with an A2 card base. I used a blending brush and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide ink to lightly color the sky area. I used a combo of Bundled Sage and Mowed Lawn for the grassy hill. I Copic colored all the images. The mice, large mushroom, tiny flowers, and dandelions are from Field Mice. The inch worm and sentiment are from Strawberry Jam. The small mushrooms are from Storybook Friends. If you haven’t noticed, I like to mix & match stamp sets for my scenes 🙂
I stamped the gingham with Catherine Pooler Grass Skirt ink onto a separate panel of card stock. I then used the Gallery Frame #1 to die cut the gingham panel. I adhered it with dimensional foam tape to frame up the scene and create a nice finished look to the card.
Leanne, this is DARLING!!!!
