Seaside Girls with Anja

Hi there, Anja here today sharing a beach scene card made with the wonderful Seaside Girls Stamps.

I did an ink blended background using Distress Oxide Inks. At first, I masked off the bottom part of a piece of Bristol cardstock and blended together Worn Lipstick, Tattered Rose and Scattered Straw. Next, I masked off the sunset sky and created the water (Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass) and sand (Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap). I left a white gap inbetween and added water droplets to the ocean and ink splatters to the sand.

The beautiful sentiment is from the Sparkles Script set. I stamped it in VersaMark ink directly over the ink blended sky and white heat embossed it.

I stamped the images from the Seaside Girls and Beach Babes set, colored them with Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.
