Hello friends, Eloise here and today I have more Easter inspiration for you all. I used the Easter Egg Hunt Stamp Set along with Spring Gatherings to create a painting scene. I just received these brand new Kaisercraft paints and was so excited to use them for a painted background. As everyone knows, striped watercolour backgrounds have been my thing lately and thought it would be all the more fun with actual paints, so that’s what I’m going to be creating today.

I started off with stamping out some images from Easter Egg Hunt and also Spring Gatherings using my MISTI. I coloured them in with Copic Markers and cut them out.

(Copic Markers Used: RV10, RV13, RV25, RV19 / E41, E42, E43, E44 / C0, C1, C3, C5, BG10, BG11, BG13, BG49 / Yr00, YR02, YR12, YR18 / Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19 / YG01, YG23, YG07, YG17 / R00, R30, R21, R22 / W00, W0, W1 / 0 / E50, E51, E53, E55)

For my background I chose five coordinating colours of paints to match with the colours I used for my images and created stripes on a white piece of woodgrain cardstock using a paint brush. I set it aside to dry completely before continuing.

Once the stripes were dry, I adhered all my images within the scene using foam tape. I then white heat embossed the sentiment ‘Happy Easter’ from Spring Gatherings onto a strip of black cardstock. I adhered that down too and that finished up my card for today.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and I’ll see you time.
